The Rules of Dolmenwood

Dolmenwood is played on the bones of Old-School Essentials โ€” quick to learn, deadly if taken lightly. The complete rules live in the official online reference; the sections below map what you’ll find there.

This Table’s House Rules

Every table rules the wood a little differently. Ours change how ability scores, hit points, XP, travel, downtime, and death play out โ€” read them before your first expedition. A full copy is kept here on this site as a backup, alongside a link to the canonical version.
